Wow can you believe it’s father’s day is in less than 2 weeks.
For my husband, this is his second father’s day and last year I didn’t have too much planned for him – we were travelling with a 3 month old and as most of you know the first 3 month after a baby are all over the show. So throw in travelling across the world for a family wedding and father’s day got left behind.
I think I did get a quick present from the shops the day before we left but this year I wanted to do something special for him and give him something that India had made. It has been in the back of my mind for a little while but as the day is nearing on I think I have left it too late, so had to go with plan B. I also think India is just a little too little to make something for him – maybe next year.
I have decided to celebrate the day with some special treats from India and I. I have been working on some printables, which will give him a cute appreciation card, listing all the things we love about him and a chance to have breakfast in bed. I really loved designing this so thought I would offer them as a free printable for others to do the same.
Our father’s day printables are free to download here and include:
- Dad appreciation card – let the kids fill in answers
- A father’s day sign – 10cm x 15cm
- A dad quote sign – 10cm x 15 cm
- Chocolate wrappers – to fit the smaller 100gm blocks (I used the Baci block in the photos)
- Breakfast in bed menu
- We love dad banner
- 2 inch party circles &
- Multi use labels – these can be used for gift tags or to place on bottles of beer, the possibilities are endless.
To assemble each item, just cut along the dotted lines and assemble.
You can use all of them or just print what you need and create a lovely day for the father’s in your life.
